Evgenia Chernina visited Tor Vergata University of Rome

CLMS Junior Research Fellow Evgenia Chernina visited in May 2019 Tor Vergata University of Rome - one of the leading Italian universities. 

This visit opens a series of joint academic events of CLMS and the Center for Economic and International Studies (CEIS) of the Faculty of Economics of the Tor Vergata University of Rome.

As a visiting professor, Evgenia delivered a course of lectures on the economics of migration to students of the Master Program in Development Economics (Master in Development Economics and International Cooperation) of the Tor Vergata University of Rome. 

During her visit Evgenia also presented her paper “Environmental shocks and migration: the case of Kyrgyzstan” at a research seminar of the Faculty of Economics.
